Not much

Outer door did not close or lock. Inner to to the outside did not lock. Lots of noises. Hot water took 10 minutes to get hot. TV stations extremely limited

Cleanliness, friendly staff.

The room I was in was open plan en-suite. Although I was traveling alone, I guess it wouldn't have been appropriate in terms of privacy when nature called if I was traveling with a partner. The bathroom was also deeply sunken and it posted a danger of one tripping and falling in. I found it dangerous. Maybe build a step to reduce the depth.
