"Pity hot tub doesn't work"

No Hot water! Booked it for the hot tub bath,only to be told dont know why there is no hot water. Check on previous comments,month ago there was the same issue,very disappointed

No warm water when we got to the place, but in fairness it was 2AM and the TV didn't work
