Room was neat and clean. Bedding was comfortable.

1. Unable to host our original booking but never cancelled on the app to get refund. We then changed the dates 2 Arrived during loadshedding - no preparation made, we had to ask for candles. 3. Had to pay R100 extra for gas to switch on the heater 4. Could not shower - no hot water (frozen pipes?)

Location and not comfortable. Bed felt like we were sleeping on the floor.

The only thing I liked is that it was pet friendly

Worst geust hous I ever been in. First, the owner called me 3 times asking me to check in as he had other plans. This was at 10 in the morning, and check-in was only at 1400. He told me to leave my family in the shops and just come ge the key. The location is so close to the town ship that all you hear is loud music and car spring. It sounds like you are next to a club. The beds are all wobbly. There are no rails in the bathroom for towels. The shower head is so low that it hits you in the face. Im 1.86m long, and if I sit on the toilet, my feet are in the air. The fridge is not working. There is no light provided for Loadshedding. The outside light can switch off. I had to put a towel around it just to get sleep. The curtain doesn't cover all the windows letting outside light in. For the price you pay, this is not worth it at all. I will ask for a refund from the owner as the pictures are desiving. We left at 9 pm back home as we could not sleep at all
