Wifi and kettle was not working

Rugs were very dirty and hiring heater was not on our budget as we were not told about in this cold weather

Location was amazing

Water was quite cloudy and some more charging sockets and adapters would have been appreciated.

Great view of the mountains.

The showers weren't sealed properly so the water ran all over the bathroom. The cot provided for our baby didn't have the bottom in, so it was unusable.

The Space of the room was great for our family of 4 (children 1yrs and 3yrs). Linen was clean.

There was spiderwebs in the bathroom and room... The location was crap, because we could hear the music from everywhere and from the rural area... The water in the bathroom didn't drain properly, so when going to the toilet, your shoes would get wet. The place could use a bit of an update to keep it neat.
