Great stay and view.

No kitchen but has what you need.

- spacious - modern - big terrasse - comfortable bed

- not clean.. Found used dishes on the night stand and hair on the bed. - no WiFi (as it was broken) - no good communication with the host - no curtains (so no privacy or protection from light, the sun will be in your face by 8am) - no bathroom door, if you're solo no problem.. - very loud exhaust fan when the bathroom light is on - it's a floating house, so expect movement and sounds when ships pass) - very loud music from the bars on both sides - floor cracked (surely due to the movement) - free Parking nearby but you have do walk down a muddy, slippery hill

It wasn't there and the owner send us to an other hotel...
