"Pleasant stay with minor work needed"

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the gym equipment, pool and hot tub. We also love the ladies that clean as they gave us space when needed. Joey was an informative host and Nthabiseng was very accommodating. She didn't even mind when we showed her the areas that needed extra cleaning.

The house needs a deep clean. The cupboards had dust and the extra blankets in Lavender Room looked dirty (we didn't have to use them fortunately). The shower tiles also needed a good scrub.

Traveled with the family and we had fun apart from a few things that can fixed

The host is not the friendliest. No hand soaps in the bathrooms. The jacuzzi not working and the bar area being closed at 6pm. No hot water in one of the rooms
