Location was fantastic

No staff around. arrival was fine, used a lockbox at the gate to get the remote and let ourselves in. But we needed assistance in the room and there was noone around. The soap dispensers were all empty.

Paying an additional fee for arriving around 10:30pm , there was no clause which specified that we pay additional for arriving at a certain time , it was not written anywhere on website terms and conditions.

Best customer service from the lady that works there, Evelyn if I'm not mistaken. She is very friendly and helpful
