Just everything about the accomodation was excellent. Evellyn was super friendly

This definitely was not a 4 star accommodation. Everything was quite run down and grubby. This did not meet our expectations, I would not recommend it.

The hostes are very friendly and helpful!

The air-conditioner did not work, but the hostes help us with a small box fan. Parking is too small.

Good location, quiet. Venue and rooms were very clean and tidy with pleasant decor and equipped with amenities. On-site parking available. Quite hot water available in shower. Host was friendly and willing to assist with any needs. Breakfast was OK and had several options available.

Host was offsite when we arrived and seemed unaware of our booking despite sending us a message via booking.com the day before. Room was very clean but there was a mouldy smell in the corner of passage opening into room. The water from the taps in the bedroom and bathroom smelled and tasted mouldy. Recommend that host investigates this. There was a pedal bin with broken lid. One of the bedside lamps was not working; however the overhead lights were fine. Room air conditioning did not work initially. It seemed to be controlled from another location and was activated after we enquired about it. Being awake at both times, I noticed that the air conditioning was for some reason switched off at 22h25, leaving the room very hot - and it then came on again the next morning at 05h10. (A number of rules were affixed to the cupboard regarding the air conditioning).
