The house was neat and exceeded our expectations in terms of facilities and requirements for day to day. We were 3 x families with children and everything we needed was at hand.

Location was good. It's in a quiet suburb just a walking distance to Greenacres (mall). Staff were very nice and accommodating.

Beds in room 7 were uncomfortable. No PowerPoint near the bed making it difficult to plug phone while you are in bed.

The place is self catering and all the kitchen utensils were provided. The place is close to a lot of things.

Definitely the body towels, those towels are too small for some of us.

Our stay at The Owl house was wonderful. We were welcomed by the friendly staff, who assured us we are safe at The Owl House entrance on our first day because we were all scared to wait outside because we don't know the area and how quiet it can be. The gate was opened and were given a house tour, The service from the staff was excellent throughout our stay, I have no complaints, we are definitely coming back for a longer stay😍

There were no heaters😢 We had fans only.
