Cosy Room in Alcantara - Lisboa

1) The air conditioning in the room did not work all through my stay and the temperature was almost 30 degrees outside. I had to sleep in a room with no AC, fan or windows. The second door led to the balcony and I had to shut it overnight for my own safety meaning I had to sleep in that crazy heat. Messaged Teresa to complain but nothing was done to fix it. 2) The electricity in the room kept tripping off everytime anyone turned on any appliance in the kitchen which led to massive delays in the things I needed electricity for!! 3) On entering the building, you get welcomed by a very weird smell plus the room had no bin hence having to leave the room whenever I needed to trash anything!!

There was no soundproof at all. I could here every sound from the street and within the apartment

Gostei muito da localização. Consegui circular normalmente, andei de transporte público por toda área. Andei pelas ruas normalmente só com o GPS, muito facilitador para quem gosta de andar a pé e de transporte público. Vários sítios para comer, passear e estar(parque)

O quarto em que estive hospedada, por ser alta, era muito baixo. E para trocar teria de pagar. Não tendo mais dinheiro achei esta condição um pouco inflexível, atendendo que fiquei dez dias no local, e ainda paguei um dia mais.

The reason why I gave a low score was: I asked for a quiet room and did not get an answer. In my room - with the window closed and the blinds closed, I could clearly hear every plane arrive. Even with good earplugs the noise was still audible. Switching rooms was not an option for the landlord.

I liked how they came in everyday to clean. Everything was quite nice and the AC was much needed at night.

I didn't like to share a bathroom with so many people but even then I never ran into anyone so it was fine.
