The location is great, in the historical center of the city. The staff was super nice and helpful.

They aren't working during the check-in hours, at least not when I was there, but I managed to get in after some waiting and calling. No hot water in the shower.

Nice, but quite hostel, clean and central. Great roof top terrace

Very quiet and a bit boring. I think there was only 2 other people in the hostel. Not the hostel's foult of course, not that many people go to Morelia. No indevidual sockets for charging or lights for each bed. Not a big problem, but it's a little inconvenient when the other person in your room goes to bed early and it's dark. The bathroom door doesn't have a lock. There is no lockers in the room. They have lockers, but you have to ask for it, I don't think they just gonna show you. The staff was a bit absent. Not sure why only dorms showed up on both booking and hostelworld, they have plenty of private rooms No lights on the roof top (at least I didn't find it), so you can't hang out there in the evening, unless you don't mind sitting in the dark
