We appreciated the space and the two bedrooms as my husband had radiation and we had to sleep in separate bedrooms. The kitchen was a plus and we stayed comfortably. The breakfast was excellent! Staff was helpful and friendly.

The flat is in dire need of maintenance. The shower in the main bedroom spills a lot of water when showering. It needs a extra glass panel and door. The handle of the tap falls off. We had only one glass in the kitchen. Some doors of the cupboards are loose at the hinges. Painting is needed on the walls.

breakfast was good but need to put maralade jam in the containers with the other jams . Had to ask for it every time

Moved the couch around so that could view the TV instead off sitting underneath and the TV above my head . The tap in the basin when I turned it on to full the kettle was loose needs to be secured to prevent a water leak or flood

The overall privacy. Breakfast was fresh. And rooms were comfy

I feel that the owner or host should have informed me in advanced about the renovations as I was expecting deliveries as well as visitors. I had kids of the age of 12. We struggled to walk in and out due to the construction happening. A brick had fallen over on my daughter's foot as well. As I was trying to guide her inside. This was truly unacceptable. The pool wasn't as cleaned. As I expected to be. The water was dirty.

Close to shopping center and N1 for travel reasons. Beds comfortable and clean.

The curtain in main room for bathroom was not acceptable. You can use the kitchen door for the bathroom or even stable door will work better. But a curtain no. Crockery was not enough for 5 people. Shower tap broken.

Good professional service. Comfortable and staff very helpful

Would have liked a smart TV to watch Netflix, but was not a deal breaker.
