Kelkiewyn Waterkloof Guesthouse

We found a bar fridge with few 4 cold drinks, chocolate and snacks. We didnt know that they were not part of the package. After we checked out we were given a bill on our way that we owe them for those items. Why put them in our room if they are for sale? We didnt even see a notice on the fridge that those things are for sale. we were told that a notice was on the fridge

The location was very convenient for our purpose.

Checking in was a nightmare. We had to download an unfamiliar app. The app required third-party consent, which I didn't want to give. The app then got stuck. Only hours before arrival, we were notified that our stay was on the first floor and we had to carry our stuff up a flight of stairs. This information should be communicated beforehand.

Location and size of room. Staff were very helpful with after hours check in.

Bathroom, too much water on floor from shower and basin
