"You get a decent room and bed for the price but the environment spoils the value offered."

Clean room, comfortable bed, quiet environment, helpful owner, off-street parking behind a locked gate.

The entrance into the small bedroom and the surrounding grounds of this establishment are scruffy and untidy. Also did not appreciate a broom and mop being stored in the bathroom. The shower cubicle has no place to place soap, shampoo and facecloth. Complimentary soap in the bathroom would be a nice to have and the toilet seat cover is flimsy and feels cheap.
