Clean tidy room with good amenities. Very clear instructions on how to check in, fairly stressful free.

The room could have been cleaner, shower head was broken. Thankfully we have nice, quiet neighbors however they could make your stay uncomfortable if they were noisy.

The location was close to the convention center. The room was quite large and comfortable. The air conditioner worked fine. There are many dining options nearby. There is a bus and tram stop nearby.

I had trouble accessing the room. Initially I was given the wrong room number. It took about 3 hours to explain the situation and I made a lot of phone calls. The room was nice enough and looked clean but unfortunately cockroaches were there.

The state of the bathroom was okay, but there were traces of water damage everywhere. Even chrome elements were corroded.

Appartment was in a great location. Not in the busy city centre but close enough to get there within 30 mins with public transport. Good room with basic ammemties. Working aircom which is amazing in summer. Great communication and loved the keyless entry.

A few "homey" touches missing. Not kettle in the kitchen, only nespresso machine but no pods provided. Not much cutlery or crockery if you are looking for a self catering unit. The bathroom situation is a little uncomfortable and it would have been better to know about it beforehand. You cannot throw anything in the loo including toilet paper. All needs to go in the bin.

Check in and communication were great.

Several small damages in the room like ripped curtains, broken shower and towel hanger, power socket next to the bed was loose. Nothing serious but should be fixed.
