We arrived at 13h55,, they provided the key but the room was not ready. No bedding or towels. There is no water in the wash basin but there was water for the bath and toilet. TV remote was not working. The only couch was dirty and dusty as well.

"I booked out the same night i booked in, im yet to receive my money back from the owners"

Location was good. The rest was bad- Hygiene, Presentation, Basin Pumps were not working. The place doesnt have Wi-fi.
