The cleanliness of the place

1. There were some very noisy guests who were not asked to keep the noise down 2. You can hear people sleeping in the next room

The place is clean and comfortable.

Location doesn't work for the establishment. They should consider offering breakfast there.

Beyond the expectations...definitely il come back again.

The 053 numbers are not working they said they don’t exist…we had to use the alternative number on the board and they not available on the internet.

The area had enclosed parking which was handy as we used Maraba Manor as a on-route stopover to Botswana. We opted to braai and they supplied us with a freestanding braai.

The rooms were VERY small a nd we booked 2x self-catering units. The units had a microwave oven and a kettle and cannot be advertised as self catering. The person whom openeing the gate for us was not very friendly and it appeared like we were interfearing with her private time :-( The property was well secure with large walls and electric fencing but it is in a noisy suburb with music and voices continueing until early hours of the morning.

It was clean. Hot water

No reception staff was available when we arrived. Had to struggle to get attention. Cell nr. on booking did not work. Waited a long time infront of the gate. We later (18:30) drove off to go for dinner. Was robbed from our cellphone infront of the guesthouse. No assistance was available. Towels were too small and not adequate. Toiletpapier was not enough. No dishcloth to dry washed mugs or dishes. No dustbin in kitchen. Location of guesthouse is not safe. Visitors should be warned about muggers in the street.
