The house has everything you need. Very nice kitchen with all the appliances. The owner was very friendly and responded to all our requests. There was a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers in the livingroom. The towels were nice and soft.

The overall experience was unfortunately not good. The house is very dark and old. Although I can appreciate the old world charm, it was not very clean. The curtains and carpets seems dusty. The patio was also not clean and the braai grid was not washed , with pieces of old braaimeat still clinging to it. The blinds in the kitchen are yellow and the wooden windows were full of cobwebs. The description stated aircondititioning and 4 bathrooms. Upstairs the two bedrooms shared a small bathroom in which my son could hardly stand upright. The beds upstairs are old and squeeky and in need of new springs. The main bedroom had no aircon. It has a beautiful big bed but smells of bats and the curtains around the.four poster bed smelled stuffy and musty. Every cupboard you opened had some old blankets or sheets inside. The house could be very comfortable and cosy but it is really overpriced, as similair accommodation on beautiful winefarms nearby, were much cheaper. For more than R3000 per night one really expects more. With a bit of renovating, paint and cleaning, the house could be restored to its former glory.

Close to everything, battery pack lights was great with load shedding Over all a great location and cosy place to stay

The toilet next to the kitchen is leaking on the outside of the house and this causes a terrible smell every time the toilet is flushed.

it was great for our group of six ladies. Quiet street and close to everything. Had everything we needed. Air fryer and dishwasher was a bonus.

Nothing really. A bit more packing space in the kitchen but not a train smash.
