"Super duper stay in Swellendam"

Chere and Calvin are fantastic hosts from our welcome, check in, breakfast until we left. Very spacious rooms and bathrooms, and extremely comfy beds. There is a very nice patio to sit on for a drink (honesty bar) n the evening before going out for dinner. Chere suggested a fabulous restaurant called Christelles for the most incredible dinner! Thank you for a wonderful stay - we loved it and we will be back.

There is nothing to dislike!

Eine wirklich herausragende Übernachtung. Tolle Zimmer, weitläufige und top gepflegte Gärten, Pool, sehr leckeres selbst gemachtes Frühstück, klasse Service (sehr große Auswahl an Bier, Wein, Getränken), super freundliche Gastgeber. Sehr empfehlenswert, wir würden sofort wiederkommen!

"Very nice stay on the edge of town."

Very nice stay for 2 nights on arrival into South Africa, only 2 1/2 hours from Cape Town. The room was comfortable with robes and slippers and staff were very friendly. Good choice at breakfast and the cooked breakfast is very well cooked and served in a conservatory overlooking the garden. Good pizzeria next door serving excellent food, best pizza and pasta of our trip.

Need to drive to go to other restaurants as it's located at the far end of town. Sadly we had couples with babies take over the pool and garden during our stay so it wasn't as peaceful as we had hoped for, especially given the rooms overlook the pool so it was hard to escape the noise.

"Herzliche Gastgeber!"

Chere ist eine außerordentlich herzliche Gastgeberin. Sie gibt sich große Mühe mit dem Frühstück und sorgt mit viel Engagement für die liebevolle Instandhaltung der gesamten Anlage. Man merkt deutlich, wie wichtig ihr das Wohlbefinden ihrer Gäste ist.

Die wunderschöne Anlage und stylische Einrichtung haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
