i was expecting a room with a balcony facing the ocean as it was advertised as such however that was not the case, the place was noisy people banging doors throughout the night and making noise.

The location

Only one entrance meaning everyone walks past your room coming in and out and the staff were not available when needed. There is no door bell or reception to speak to the staff when needed. When we were checking out, no one was available to hand the key over to.

Staff is unfriendly service is very poor
