We enjoy to stay there but they need some improve into interms of speed point payment machine, because was not function.

The location was close to most shops. I wasn't offered breakfast. The property looked good from the outside. Had an air conditioner and TV

The worst of all was that I was asked to make immediate payment otherwise I would lose my booking. They hardly gave me a chance to even get off the airplane. they even asked me to make direct payment into an account given by the lady. my wife in EL. had to make a direct payment to secure my place. This never ever happened to me before!! I'm not sure how They could get a 7.6 rating??? The place was very noisy till after 2am in the morning. Door's slamming, people talking loud outside the rooms. The bedside lamps weren't plugged in. I killed cockroaches running in the room. That is not what I expected. The toilet had a seat, but no lid. The shower had a curtain! Bedding outdated. Curtains hanging to the floor, but dirty. I booked out the next morning. I wasn't offered a refund for the one day that I didn't stay. Super disappointed!!!

I didn't like that I was not asked if communication via WhatsApp was ok, it was just assumed and therefore I did not receive the necessary communication. I was told my booking was given away and they are fully booked as I was driving to the guest house. I was utterly disappointed with the service.

My booking got cancelled by the host a day to check in. Imagine the chaos it caused my trip. I made this booking 2 months to my trip and they cancelled on me a day to my stay. Then offered me a supposed change of room at double the price, because it’s holiday season.
