"Nice, modern, with some questionable flaws"

Really nice flat, modern, industrial, spacy, location, price...

Quite many small/medium flaws such as: - noisy bed - noisy bedroom (heater just two meters from bed) - a bit mold in bathroom... No ventilation - no reserved place for parking really, had to improvise...
