"The guesthouse should be turned into a brothel not a guesthouse."

1.0

Everything, the guesthouse itself, the location is not safe, the place is a dumping site at the back, the building is being renovated and not nice. The owner is rude.

"Very good"

8.0

Simple but has all you need, close to the airport. You get what you pay. Host picks you up at the airport on request, which may be your best option as some taxi drivers might not want to drive you there. Cash only for any additional services because they have no credit card access. Yes, its in the Township of Gugulethu, but we did not feel unsafe, and our family was welcomed very friendly. They have no generator to cover the power shedding, but you get a petrol lamp on the room or use your own flashlights. Very nice people, very interesting stay!

Not much to do in the area, no food options
