I book the place got there and no one came out I even phone about 4 times no one pick up I phone the next day for the refund because I did not stay the guy just put off the phone They did answer once and I explained my situation they just told me it was unfortunate

No breakfast served. Its a self catering place. The noise level of visitors not controlled. The location is not good at all. Situated in an area very risky to walk. Transport access very limited at times

At the Cape Town airport, we got into an Uber, who looked at the dropoff location and very clearly told us not only should we not go to that part of town, but that Ubers refuse to take people there. I contacted Booking.com about this, and received a $10 discount code for my next purchase, which hardy covered the cost. Part of this is definitely my fault for not doing better research, but I am still disappointed that I did not receive any warning.
