Friendly, very helpful staff and service was great .

Room 4 we booked but didn't use it for the 3 days because room 1 was big enough for 5 Family members and we only saw it when we got there. Staff member called the manager and she advised no refund could be done as we already booked the room for the 3 days. Since we didn't use the room a gesture or refund would be much appreciated. Ants were visible in the kitchen area.
