"I only needed to sleep so for me perfect."

Location was good, very central and safe. Tv was too complicated to put on!!! Room was comfy.

I think the room was not used for a while, hence the bedding needed to be prepped and dusted, which it was not.

"The staff was supportive but the facility was very uncomfortable."

Location was quiet and safe.

Area is hot, the facility's airconditioning system is inefficient thus making sleeping very uncomfortable most especially on kids. Crawling insects evading our space. Facility does not provide air freshener for the toilet and lastly, WiFi was very bad and TV was dependent on it.
