Kia Ora will charge late arrival guests, as stated in our Booking.com listing, are as follows: • 22:00 – 23:00: R150 • 23:00 – 23:59: R200 Late arrival fees are payable immediately upon arrival at the guest house. 🚫 Arrivals after midnight (00:00) fall outside the booked arrival date and will not be permitted entry. Such bookings will be treated as a no-show, in line with our cancelation policy. To avoid delays or additional charges, please ensure that your ETA is communicated and confirmed in advance.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
