Teniqua Treetops

This is a 'total escape'! The cabin in the treetops was exactly what we were expecting, plus a little more. The cabin is relatively 'basic', especially the kitchen, but that is what we expected and provided us with everything we needed, and that added to the charm. There are two nice outside deck areas, one with a braai and dining table, which we used both nights, and one withe two loungers, which we also used for reading and to watch the sunset. The bedroom was spacious, the bed very comfortable, and the bathroom was also spacious. The feeling of solitude and tranquility was wonderful. Plenty of birds singing in the trees, and the occasional chatter of the Vervet Monkeys out there somewhere! We hiked all the trails leading from the cabin through the forest, which was most enjoyable. The staff were wonderful, very friendly, helpful, and professional. We would certainly go back again and stay for 3 nights, rather than two!

Everything! There is nothing not to like. The staff, the cleanliness, the view, the sounds, the smells. This is a Haven and I would gladly go back.

Mooie plek om te verblijven de locatie heeft echt een opknapbeurt nodig. Veel vervallen gebouwen en rommel

Er was weinig uitzicht omdat er lang niet gesnoeid is

Sehr schön eingerichtete Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht. Super Aussicht. Tiere kommen gerne zu Besuch. Davon zum Glück kaum Spinnen. Grillen auf der Terrasse möglich.

Etwas teuer.

Baumhaus…das was man erwartet ist es !!! …die grüne Vielfalt und die Töne der Natur sind toll !! Sehr netter Empfang und ein herzliches Willkommen.

Leider war ein Sonnenschutz kaputt, der uns gut getan hätte…sollte aber kurzfr. reparabel sein !!

Beautiful, tranquil and one with nature Everything set out perfectly

The terrain to and from the cabin was a bit worrying with a light motor vehicle (car)- especially when it started to rain. But managed to get out okay.
