Ochota personálu keďže sme v Rimavskej Sobote boli prvý krát tak sme si za jednali ubytovanie v AM kaštieľ Penzión, no po príchode na miesto sme zistili že sa nachádza ďaleko od centra. Dohodli sme sa s personálom a ubytovali sme sa nakoniec v AM wellnes hotel. Takže budem hodnotiť toto miesto. Hotel veľmi vkusne zrekonštruovaný a zariadený. Parkovanie zadarmo priamo pred hotelom. Wellnes malý ale veľmi útulný a príjemný, naozaj dostačujúci. Izby vkusné a čisté, personál milý len mam jednu takú pripomienku. Bolo by vhodné keby bol personál informovaný o kyvadlovej preprave vláčikom na Kurinec. Príde mi dosť nevhodné aby Vám recepčná nevedela povedať že o 10:00 má vláčik odchod od hotela. Čo sa týka reštaurácie, chutilo nám keďže v meste nie je veľa možností sa najesť využili sme 2x reštauráciu hotela na večeru a nemám čo vytknúť, jedlo bolo super

Personál nepoučeny o kyvadlovej preprave na miesto Kurinec. Robme ten cestovný ruch o kúsok lepšie. K personálu ako takému nemám čo vytknúť boli milí len túto jednu vec dávam ako čierny bod
