The staff is really helpful

Everything was perfect

The beds were comfortable and spacious. The location was great. Good value for money and nice kitchen and eating area provided.

Toilet roll seems like a basic necessity and should be provided, if concerned about toilet blockage then a bin should be provided to put the tissue into. A bum gun is fine as long as there are tissues to dry, if not this can be very unhygienic especially for women.

The facilities in this guest house are complete, the place is also very clean and neat. I’m enjoy during my trip choose this guest house

unfortunately the administration staff in front of desk not too responsive. We need to always contact with them because they always go outside. Once my last day, I want to check out from the hostel in the morning. I already told them from whatsapp that I will check out in 6am and take the deposit RM 50. But at 6am there are no one in there, I already call them but no one answer. So I just text them I put my locker key and transfer the deposit. Fortunately they transfer back the deposit.

Ramli is very friendly, the location is just perfect. Everything to see is around this hostel at walking distance. Totally value for money.
