The space is quite large, and has great potential

The space is very clinical, facilities are very worn out and run down. Lots of repairs needed.

The fact that our team had a bed to sleep in

The staff we dealt with was extremely unprofessional. There’s no clarity on the booking regarding payment. I got told via message even though we’ve requested the payment be made through the app it would bounce due to their account being wrongly connected to the app. We were asked to pay a large amount in cash which we didn’t feel comfortable with. We went there to pay with card - they don’t have any speedpoint either. Then given incorrect bank details to make an EFT to. The place was also dirty according to our team - the bed sheets had to be requested to be changed. The kitchen was dirty. And the staff was unaccomodating.
