Responsiveness, location.

Two people but only one set of towel / bed quilt. In the morning, cleaning ladies repeatedly knocked / entered our room asking us how long are we going to be there, even after we have clearly said we will stay there until check-out. At one point they even asked us to “at least give them bedsheets”. Money for breakfast ( in cash ) were handed to one of the cleaning ladies since the owner has left the property. Cleaning lady of course had no change. BTW TBH, the breakfast were definitely not worthy the price of approximately 8€/person). Our bicycles were in a storage room with two doors. We got the keys from one of the doors. The other doors were left unlocked. When we notified the owner, she told us she will deal with it. However, storage room remained unlocked during night. These are all “issues” that clearly could have been resolved/ prevented if the staff showed a little bit more of an attitude and willingness.

Zazil som perfektny pobyt v krasnom prostredi. Vsetkym odporucam. Aj na Slovensku mame krasne veci. Dakujem.

It is a charming town with great views. The hostess was kind and helpful despite our language barrier.
