i liked that it was near to the centre of the village, you had access to some restaurants and also a supermarket. I liked the quite of the place and the fact the property is on a secondary street. The rooms were clean ( we booked 2 rooms, one double and one triple), spacious, with everything you needed and the lady that take care of the property was delicious, very helpful and nice.

i can not say i didn't like, but it would be good as an improvement suggestion to have the name of the place put on the fence or somewhere and a plate with a contact number for the guest to be able to call if they don't find anyone there.

You can book boat tours from the pension. The lady who takes care of the pension was very nice.

After booking, I received a call stating that we had to choose demi-pension or cancel the booking. The price wasn't too high (100 RON, approximately 20 EUR), so unfortunately, I accepted it. This should have been the first warning, but I ignored it. The food was okay, but when I checked the prices at the restaurant where we ate (which was owned by the same person), a dish cost between 35 and 45 RON. So, on average, it could be around 40 RON, totaling 80-90 RON per day per person, not 100 RON. I felt like the difference was taken from my pocket. If you wanted dessert, it would cost an extra 20 RON per person.

Clean and hospitable lady who manages the place.

The owner offered demi-pension for 100 RON per person per day. He said he can cook vegan food. Then, there was no dinner in the first evening after sending him a message a couple of days before. The next day, for breakfast, he wanted to serve store bought spreads after saying the previous evening that all is home made. He then, asked 50 RON for a breakfast consisting in bread, olives, coffee, vegetable spread, tomatoes and cucumber. He lied to us about all being home made. I have never seen such dishonesty at a hotel, especially afteroffering to cook vegan food for us. The second night, we had a one hour dog barking symphony from neighbours. No sleep.

The people were very friendly and helpful throughout our 2 night stay. We walked around and found nice people where ever we went. A great place to have quiet time and relaxation. We had a boat trip which was great and recommended when visiting. The laguna restaurant (2 min drive) had excellent food.

No dislikes.

Location is perfect. Nice and quiet. The food is very good and fresh. Staff is welcoming and accommodating. You can arrange boat trips at short notice.
