Clean, tidy, cozy and located in a nice place

The only thing I would say is that there wasn’t an air conditioner but we already knew that before and was happy to book , the weather was alright it’s good there most if not all of the year

The lighting in bathroom is way too dim

The host was very kind and welcoming. She was asking after my well-being and was incredibly helpful despite the fact that I did not speak her language, nor she mine. (Incidentally, her weather predictions were way more acurate than the app I have for that. Tatras weather can be capricious.) The room was very clean with a smallish but well appointed ensuite. The community areas were regularly cleaned. The bed was brilliant. It had a firm mattress that I loved and did wonders for my back. The furniture in general looked fairly new. There was also enough storage space. Last but not least, the view from my window was a dream. I looked right at the Lomnicky Stit.

The house is a fair bit from the center. Not a long way; just a kilometer down the road but if you've been trekking in the mountains and are just done with everything and the world that last kilometer might make you want to cry. This, obviously, is not a problem for the seasoned hiker but if it's your first time like me, those very few extra steps might surprise you at the end of the day. So, plan with them.

Very nice room on a quiet road. 10 mins walk from the town.

Little bit expensive but it was worth the money
