The venue and host were very good. Just a pity they could not keep the noise level down

The noise level of the guests. The guests were loud and inconsiderate, making noise until late at night ( outside our room).

What I loved about Old Mill Guest House 1. The manager was very welcoming and gave us a great tour, making us feel right at home. 2. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient - they went above and beyond.

1. The air conditioning wasn't working well. 2. The bed wasn't comfortable enough. 3. The toilet and shower facilities were in need of improvement.

Pool

The room was dirty. Sink in the bathroom dirty. Chair with broken robes. The white old lady shouted at me for 'arriving late' imagine. Said the check inis between 14:00-18:00, despite me telling her we got lost since we're from the North West Province. She didn't wanna hear a thing about it. To communicate these times they sent a whatsapp message imagine driving while checking whatsapp.
