The cabin was situated on a beautiful farm. Kudos to the new owners who have started on their renovation efforts. I can't wait to return once the cabin has been refurbed

I think I'm a creature of habit, would have enjoyed having access to WIFI, however this is probably in the pipeline. Really a nice to have rather than something missing. Every need was considered

Lovely place to sit back and enjoy the nature around you. Dogs friendly accommodation +++. Our 3 miniature schnauzers love to swim in the pond and explore the nature which we do not have to worries too much (secure farm). Lovely big stoop, braai facility, fully equipped self catering and excellent fireplace. The stars at night time just so magnificent.

The bedroom can get a bit chilly (but the winter duvet will keep you warm)

A beautiful and picturesque location, perfect for unwinding in a peaceful environment. Schaefers' halt is situated not far from Dullstroom so there are plenty of day trip opportunities to enjoy.
