Thokazi Haven Guest House & Backpacker

The facility is not as it is advertised on booking.com. Thus I couldn't sleep there, also the location is very far from Town central.

The bedroom was dirt and the towels were extremely dirt, no Barth soap, the fridge smelld rotten food, the gate was locked and we did not get any key to the gate even if I wanted to go buy something I could not

There was no breakfast, yet it is called Bed and Breakfast

Maybe they need to change the name from BnB, to something like a Cottage, or Rest Room

Far from where I was

I missed my bus, so I had to come back. The host didn’t hesitate to let me in and prepare a room even though the house was fully booked. If you want to enjoy beautiful mountains , real country lifestyle in Zululand, scenic views, then this is the perfect accommodation for you. Beautiful rural area if you want to experience real Zulu setting. It’s not a 5 star resort and it’s not perfect but the hosts are giving their best and they will try to make you feel as much comfortable as possible. They also reacted positively to some of my advice and made improvements.

The room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The house is a bit far from town but it’s perfect if you want to enjoy the nature. The host was really kind and gave me everything I needed. They also gave me a few lifts to town. Very good value for money, will definitely visit again.

I liked everything.

Nothing I liked even the service was bad.

It the fact that they call us in the morning ask are we leaving earlier than 10am they need to go to church, I mean who does that, the place was dirty we book 4 days prior so but it was like they didn’t knew 😡😡
