Lovely host, good sleeps, the trees around the pool with the most wonderful chorus of doves to greet the morning. We enjoyed walking the shady streets, and it was possible and mostly pleasant to walk to the Ellisras centre. It felt very safe including for my young female students who stayed with us.

The lack of comfy places to sit, especially outside (concrete or steel is the basic choice) was a downer (inside, one chair for two people). There is a pervasive unpleasant cat odor in the poolside areas (though I do love the presence of friendly cats). The facilities were less than what normally counts as "self-catering" which was a bit of a problem since it imposed the need to drive for evening meals.

"Fantastic, love the guesthouse."

Except for the wifi that was not working - no issues at all. Will always book and stay there. Friendly staff and clean and met all other expectations

The wifi was not working and I had to work but was luckily prepared otherwise it would have been a problem
