Cleanliness, good location and actually all you need.

Labeled as pet friendly, but the resident dogs run free and chased my cat. A pet friendly place should have a small enclosure where they can wee and where the resident animals can't get in please

We loved that we were offered an upgrade and so for only a few rands extra we we given a bigger room with more facilities that suited our needs perfectly. The breakfast was probably the best we had on the whole trip! The children's play area was incredible and a huge surprise - we did not expect it and it really helped during load shedding to have somewhere for the kids to go and play.
