Boutique Hotel Vila Lieska

The location is lovely and the hotel is very close to the restaurants and shops in the village. Our welcome was fine.

1. Parking was c9mplicated due to their driveway being accessible only after you drive along 5 mtrs of footpath. This requires 5 minutes with Google maps, a screenshot, and some simple instructions. It's not something you want to deal with after nearly 6 hours of driving. 2. The receptionist requested payment in cash only. When told we didn't have that much cash, she grudgingly accepted card payment. 3. I expect that in a hotel my room would be cleaned daily. This was not the case, and I had to request that it be cleaned. I was told that they don't normally do this, that they only provide "toilet paper, towels" during the week. The bins were emptied on request. There was no shampoo or soap provided. 4. We paid for breakfast on the first morning. Breakfast started at 0800, we came down at 0750, thinking that we would sit and wait until 0800. The person preparing breakfast told us that "breakfast is not ready, I am not ready, come back at 8." It was delivered in a very rude manner. We were shocked. This could simply be cultural differences but ruined our morning. 5m we asked for a quiet room. You can hear people speaking in the room next door, and our room was below another with a wooden floor. We heard each footstep upsta8rs, the kids running laps of the room. The dog barking next door. I have never stayed in a louder room. We were extremely disappointed by our stay.

Naprosto výjímečný přístup domácích, výborné snídaně, vše čisté a velmi hezké. Výborná poloha jako výchozí bod pro výlety.
