Room was nice but neighbors above were very noisy and we could hear everything due to a bad isolation.

We were under the impression that we would have an access to spa and breakfast included but spa was for 50 or 150€ and breakfast for 17€ per person. We found other hotels with similar prices and spa and breakfast included we unfortunately decided for this one under the impression we were getting spa and breakfast. We decided not to pay extra for spa and got amazing breakfast in neighboring hotel for even cheaper price.

Úžasné prostredie priamo pod Tatrami, tichá lokalita a blízko centra a páčilo sa nám že mohol ísť s nami aj psík 🤗

Parkovanie hrozné 3x sme to celé obchádzali a potom sme prišli na to ako sa tam vôbec dostaneme

Ubytovanie je prezentované ako vila, no v skutočnosti ide o chatu so spoločnými priestormi. Počas celého pobytu bol veľký hluk už od 6:00 ráno – dupot na schodoch a hlasné rozprávanie hostí, čo pokračovalo aj večer. Oddych ani kvalitný spánok nebol možný. Prostredie nie je vhodné pre hostí, ktorí hľadajú pokojný pobyt.
