Tony’s Guesthouse at Teluk Bahang

A lovely, peaceful vibe to Tony’s place as soon as you walk in. Lots of cute cats and animals that welcome you. The bikes to get around the village on are great. Clean and comfortable rooms, clean bathrooms and communal area with a full kitchen. Everyone there - staff & guests - were kind and helpful with whatever we needed including suggestions, travel advice and a lift to the bus stop!

The guesthouse was tucked in a orchard, quiet. filtered drinking water machine is provided. washing machine, bicycle were available with a small token. Its about 1.5km away from stalls and Penang Taman Negara.

The bed was a bit not comfy but not a big deal. Slept well anyway.

Great atmosphere

I like the detailing put into this place. A long table for meals and get together, the sofas put together to allow discussions and meeting new friends, the hammocks for chilling and even a small hut in the middle of the garden for those who want to be alone. This place is more than just a place to rest your head. It is where friendships are forged.

Super ambiance cool et décontractée chez Tony's guesthouse. Mention spéciale pour la gentillesse du propriétaire qui nous a déposé gratuitement à la station de taxi de Batu Ferringhi de bon matin car aucun chauffeur Grab n'était disponible. Nous avons pu prendre notre bus grâce à lui et le remercions. Nous recommandons cette guesthouse pour sa gentillesse, simplicité et proximité de beaux endroits tels que le Penang National Park.

I loved it here, because it’s non peak season it’s very quiet. Tony and Karen are so warm and welcoming. Always ready to answer your questions and at your service. I’ve ended up extending with them for a few more days!
