Good value for money (it was very cheap). Great location right next to the lake. Good sized bathroom. New carpet. Some new fixtures and fittings. Mostly clean room. Enough space to store clothes and belongings. Free pool table and table football in the common area near the bar.

No breakfast provided contrary to description. The owner said there needs to be 20 people staying at the property before they provide breakfast. This wasn't mentioned in description. There was no kitchenette. Just a fridge with a microwave and kettle standing on top. As the description said there was a kitchenette, we assumed this meant there would be some basic kitchen equipment, like two cups, two spoons, two plates, knives forks etc. Sugar, salt. There was absolutely nothing. If we had known this, we would have brought these things ourselves. Beds very low to the ground, making it difficult to get up if you have bad knees etc. Extension leads filthy.
