The service we received from the Caretaker, she was very friendly and always willing to go to the extra mile to help us. However the facilities of the place are failing her because her level of hospitality and how the owner runs things does not match.

The owner would switch off water whenever she wants to go somewhere, you would be stranded in the middle of the night because you can't make use of the toilet as is does not flush due to her switching off the pump, and she does not give clear communication as to when water will be available. The shower also is a problem because the drain was not working well so it gets clogged. No soap holder, no face cloth rack,no toilet paper holder you just have to male your own plan on where to store your toiletries.
