The cleaniness and the room.very accomodating and felt special

The lafy who was cleaning the rooms forgot to give us milk and weetbix in tbe morning for our second room .i did not have access to the WIFI.

The room was super clean, loaded with everything you needed. Bar fridge loaded with still water, cool drinks, milk for coffee and cereals. Plates, microwave. You need to be there to understand it.

No full time staff working at the property.

"Check out time on booking was 11:00am, at 10:30 someone came knocking like policemen telling us to check out! That’s sup"

white sheets for the bed

the address is wrong, we had to call to get the correct location. No signage outside. Remove the “breakfast included” thing. we expect English breakfast at a “lodge” not corn flakes. This is not the standard for a lodge people.
