"Had an issue with the hot water. Water would be extremely cold and then get extremely hot."

Was very noisy on Saturday night. Extremely loud voices and music. ? a party. Could not sleep. Had to call the night Supervisor at 01.23 am and again at 01.32 am. Could hear her talking to them.
