We booked a family room and prior to completing the booking on booking.com I called the venue to confirm the rooms. We were given a small room with one double bed. Seemingly there was a bigger room with an additional bed that would have suited but was told a couple had been allocated the room and the extra bed was removed and placed in our small room. To us this show the management don't look at booking specifications and are taking advantage of no refund for cancellation. We only slept there because it was late at night and most accomodations were fully booked. We tried to negotiate with the owner as we told her that the room was too small and had no wardrobes and would not cope in a small room for three days which was now made cramped up with adding a small bed and charging us R200.00 extra. We slept on for one night out of the three nights booked. We feel badly done by the management as the specification of the room differ from what booked. Bad Business its just rip off business through false advertisement and advising

Their service was perfect n the staff was too friendly, safety is perfect as well

It was very clean and we enjoyed our stay

We didn't have breakfast at the venue they said it was R120 so the prices are higher than the Wimpy prices.

When we arrived at the place there was no one. We had to wait outside for more than 30 mins and when we phoned their number was off they said its because of the network
