This location is very close to Kata Beach, a family-friendly beach with calm waters, making it perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with family. There is also a night market nearby, where families can enjoy the evening and explore local food and souvenirs.

I selected this hotel because of the swimming pool, but when I checked in, I found out that the pool was closed for maintenance. Moreover, the staff gave me a room on the 2nd storey, which made it somewhat difficult to carry my bags upstairs.

Жили в семейном номере на 1 этаже, понравилось, что выход к бассейну сразу из номера, детям было очень удобно. Номер комфортный, есть всё необходимое, до пляжа 15 минут, рядом магазины и ночной рынок.

Очень сложно было найти ресепшен, он находится в другом здании, неприметный, мы ходили кругами очень долго, после дороги это не комфортно, нашли уже после того, как попросили скинуть нам точку геолокации. Уборка в номере полноценная была 1 раз за неделю. В остальные дни работники приходили именно в тот момент, когда мы возвращались в номер с пляжа или прогулки и мы в итоге просили только забрать мусор, потому что хотели отдыхать или принимали душ.

Absolutely loved our stay here! We were no where near the pool (it was across the street and down a little alleyway) but that suited us fine as it was much more quiet. Loved the location and joy at reception was amazing

Bed could have been more comfortable and the toilet leaked but didn’t effect our stay

空间比较大，服务人员很 nice ，地理位置也不错

房间灯太暗了，而且地址不准确，实际入住的房间和办理入住地点以及app 上显示的地址都不一致。泳池也不是这家酒店的

Το δωμάτιο ήταν ψηλά χωρίς ασανσέρ και δύσκολη πρόσβαση στην πισίνα

Location is best we liked, staff (lady and her name was Joy), swimming pool, cleaning ladies very very responsive, small kitchen inside the room, "Orchid" restaurant nearby (highly recommended).

1) Airport pick up failed - ended up with another taxi (it was arranged by hotel but driver never turned up) 2) Hotel reception does not work around the clock (unusual set up) 3) Curtains were not wide 4) Forks, spoons too small 5) Parking for a rented car was problematic but finally found a spot
