Quiet street, room was spacious.

No power or ability to use any facilities on the first day. Backup power was apparently also depleted. I traveled with children (Aged 1, 3 and 5) with one being a special needs child so having no fridge, fan, kettle (for porridge or milk), iron, hair dryer, etc. was a huge inconvenience. The facilities were fine but the host was rude and never once apologized for the inconvenience, which decreased our rating. We were contacted directly to pay R1000 for bedding "damaged beyond recovery" which i vehemently deny. According to the pictures supplied by the host, the "stains" could be easily remedied with a good wash. Host refused to hand over our work phone, which had fallen out the bag until we paid R1000 until the local SAPS got involved. She then complied and handed over the work phone to SAPS. (Pictures supplied of the alleged damages)
