The host was very friendly, also offered to upgrade my room. The facilities were adequate, the bed very comfy and had an electric blanket which was very helpful as the nights are cold. Also value for money, priced fairly.

I couldn't easily find a charging point for my phones close to the bed.

The hostess, Tersia, is friendly and willing to assist where ever you need something. We stayed two nights and everything was in order. If you ever need to stay in Heidelberg I would definitely recommend Epicure Guest House.
